Bay Restoration & Air Duct  Services is a medium sized. independently owned and operated fire and water damage restoration company located in Kilmarnock, Virginia. Its owned by Mathew and Tracey Ficklin, who have been in the cleaning business since 1991. Mat and Tracey also own and operate two Chem-Dry carpet, upholstery and drapery cleaning franchises, serving ten counties.

Is Bay Restoration an IICRC-Certified firm?

Yes, in addition to being an IICRC-Certified firm, all of our technicians hold IICRC designations in water or fire damage, or both. Mat Ficklin, president also holds an AMRT certification through IICRC.
